We started as a small group of the same passion about Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 in 2015 with a desire to build more user-friendly, smart and autonomous Web apps. At that time, we name the business as "SmartWeb".
Our Profile: TIGO Profile
After years, seeing that the application platform is growing rapidly, along with the challenges from Industry 4.0, SmartWeb was changed to TIGO to serve customers better.
The only difference: We adapt with new changes, we pilot new tech solutions (i.e. Cutting-Edge Technology) to practice the "LEAN Transformation". It is literally a mix of Japanese methodologies: Kaizen (Japanese: 改善), Kaikaku (改革) and Kakushin (革新).
Our leaders have more than 15 years of technical and professional experience (Techno-Functional Engineers). We have succeeded in building our own core platform (Core Business Platform, or TIGOWAY), mainly aiming to automate processes for SME, SMB and corporates. Over 80% of our projects have developed based on the core TIGOWAY platform. For example we have succeeded in transforming the business of our school clients to model "ERP for School".
